Tell The Guy How You Feel..'
I've been there...tell him how you feel. Ask him in private and tell him what's on your mind or his mind because some guys can be really insecure about themselves or not ready to commit a relationship to you...maybe give him some time and maybe he'll realize it...

Don't End It So Soon...
He obviously likes you if he continues to talk to you on the phone. The best thing is to tell him how you feel about the situation. It's really not cool, only hanging out inside. If he's going to be in a relationship, he has to feel the same for you where ever you guys are. Let him know that you don't like it and demand a change. Just try to find out WHY he's like that in the first place.

He sounds like he's using you. He may not want his friends to see you with him but he probably does like you. Sounds like he's trying to protect some image or reputation. You don't deserve that!

It's Not Over!
It's not over! I am positive this guy is just nervous! The same thing happened to me, every thing was cool but at school we didn't talk. I was just too afraid to talk to him, afraid I would say something dumb and he would walk away! Please don't give up! Just tell him to talk to you in school, that it would be awesome. If he does'nt, do it yourself. He may just be waiting for you!

Not Cool.
If he isn't talking to you in school, then there is a problem. Why did he ask you out in the first place if you are going to have a closet relationship? I would definitely talk to him and see what's going on, because he isn't worth sticking around for if he isn't going give you all of himself, instead of just when he feels like it.

Confused?
I had this same problem, only it was me who was not talking in public. He's nervous. Just grab his hand while walking down the hall, and show him that you won't "shoot him down" in front of his friends.
you know how guys are they dont want to be emabarrassed in front of there friends
