yep.. it's time to talk
you need to let her know what she's doing. Flirting is alright, and almost everyone does it, but you don't want your friend to be wearing a "for sale" sign around her neck. I agree with sweetstarrz. Tell her she needs to know when to stop, but say it in a good way, and do try not to sound like her parent.. my friends hate it when I'm like that.

I am a pretty big flirt myself but........
It is really different hearing from people who have friends like myself. And I just have to say that flirting to me is pretty harmless even if they have girlfriends as long if it does not get out of hand. So I suggest that you just pull her to the side and tell her that you don't like her flirting with EVERYBODY!

I know how you feel..
I definantly know how you feel. My best friend is the same way...she can't stop flirting with every single guy in school. She doesn't even realize she is doing it. All you have to do is talk to your friend about it and maybe she will realize that she has to stop flirting with every single guy....
